The rolling lines at Steel Kavir, equipped with 18 rolling stands and intelligent monitoring of temperature and controlled cooling systems, enable the production of rebars with high mechanical strength and structural uniformity. The integration of process data with quality control systems ensures that every product piece is manufactured in accordance with national and international standards, with full traceability. The total annual production capacity of these lines reaches 900,000 tons, of which 542,000 tons are currently utilized.

The first production phase (Danieli line) began between 2007 and 2010, with a focus on construction-grade rebars. This line is capable of producing plain straight rebars from 5 to 48 mm and ribbed straight rebars from 5.5 to 42 mm. Supplying 10% of the domestic market demand, it produced 292,082 tons of straight rebars (construction and industrial) in 2024.

The second production phase (Pomini line) was launched in 2015 with the aim of producing industrial wire rods. This line produces plain wire rods from 5.5 to 16.5 mm and ribbed wire rods from 8 to 16 mm. Covering 40% of the domestic market demand, it produced 242,555 tons of wire rods (construction and industrial) in 2024.
